Tuna Fish Ring

  • 1/2 pound tuna fish
  • 1/4 pound almonds, blanched
  • 1 small can chow mien noodles
  • 2 cups medium white sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 eggs, separated
Make white sauce, add cream fish, almond and noodles. Add the egg yolks beaten light; fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in ring mold set into pan of hot water, in oven heated to 350F 350°F., until set. Serve with creamed mushrooms or egg sauce.
