Trout au Vin Rouge

  • Trout
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter
  • Fine herbs
  • Red wine
Put trout in an oval platter with salt, pepper, butter, fine herbs and red wine. Cook in oven, basting a few times, until the sauce is reduced to a rich body.
