Tartar Sauce
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon chopped sweet pickle
- 1 teaspoon chopped olive, plain
- 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
- 2 teaspoons capers, minced
- 1 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
Drain the liquid from all the chopped ingredients and then fold into the mayonnaise. Add vinegar and mix well. Chill. Serve with any fish.
