Swiss Eggs au Gratin
- 6 eggs
- 4 tablespoons tomato puree
- grated cheese
- cooking cheese
Butter well a fireproof dish, and line it with thin slices of cheese. Drop eggs on dish very carefully, and pour atop them the tomato puree. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake 7-8 minutes, until eggs are set.
