Sweet Pickled Pork
- 2 pounds pork chops
- 1/2 glass vinegar
- Pinch fennel
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Cook the pork chops on both sides in a small amount of oil. When browned, pour off most of the oil and add the vinegar, fennel and sugar. Cook until tender, then serve.
