Swedish Cream
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 3 cups sour cream
Combine cream, sugar, vanilla and gelatin in large saucepan. Heat until hot but not boiling. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Pour into dessert dishes and chill at least 3 hours. Serve with favorite berry sauce.
