Stevens Hotel Salad
- Lettuce
- Apples
- Chopped walnuts
- Red cherries
- Pineapple
- Cream cheese
- Lemon juice
- Red and green cherries
- French dressing
On a bed of lettuce, place a mixture of julienne apples, chopped walnuts and red cherries. Top with a slice of pineapple. Pipe a border of cream cheese (moistened with lemon juice or cream) around the pineapple, top with Bar le Duc garnish with red and green cherries. Serve with French dressing.
