Spanish Sandwich
- Bread
- Butter
- Chestnuts
- Creamed butter
- Mustard
- Salt and pepper
- Chopped roasted chicken
- Pickles
- Sprig of parsley
Cut bread into thin slices and butter. Boiled chestnuts are sieved, mixed with creamed butter and mustard and seasoned with pepper and salt. Spread mixture on sandwiches and delicately sprinkle with finely chopped roasted chicken and pickles. Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
