Spaghetti

  • 1 package spaghetti
  • 2 cups medium white sauce
  • 1 can tomato puree
  • 3 large tomatoes, cut small
  • 1/4 pound boiled ham, diced (optional)
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sauteed
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Cook spaghetti in twice its measure of boiling, salted water until tender, about 15 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Drain, wash with cold water to remove excess starch. To the white sauce add other ingredients, pour it over the spaghetti, simmer until well heated through. Serve with extra dish of Parmesan cheese.
