Spaghetti with Mushrooms
- 1/2 pound spaghetti
- Water
- Salt
- Onion
- 2 tablespoons grated cheese
- White pepper
- 1 can mushrooms (or fresh mushrooms)
- 1/2 tablespoon flour
- Cream
- Salt and white pepper
- Sugar
Break spaghetti and boil in slightly salted water. Drain in a Drainer. Chop onion fine, brown in butter and mix with spaghetti; season with condiments. Place in a ring on the platter and in the center place stewed mushrooms.
