Sour Cream Tomato Soup
- 1 pint stewed tomatoes
- 1 pint water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 ounce grated cheese
- Pinch pepper
- Pinch paprika
- 2 tablespoon cracker crumbs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Pour all ingredients into a soup pot except cream and baking soda. Simmer for 5 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Add soda and sour cream. Stir well. Serves 4.
