  • Shrimps
  • Pickles
Slit fish on abdominal side, clean, carefully remove backbone leaving whole fish, including head and tail, intact. Sprinkle fillets inside and out, with salt and crumbs; fry in butter. Serve stuffed with shrimps and pickles which have also been fried in butter.
