Soda Scones
- 1 pound sifted flour
- 2 cups sour or buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon soda
- Salt
- 2 of cream of tartar.
One pound sifted flour, two cups sour or buttermilk, one teaspoon soda, well rubbed through the flour, a little salt in the milk. If sweet milk is used, to one teaspoon of soda put two of cream of tartar.
