Semolina Soup

  • 10 tablespoons semolina
  • 2 quarts vegetable stock
  • seasoning
  • butter
Drop semolina into stock which is boiling, stir constantly for a few minutes so that it does not stick and burn, and cook slowly 1/2 hour.
