Seed Cake
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- White 6 eggs
- Teaspoon caraway seeds
Cream the butter and sugar, add milk, half the stiffly beaten whites and half the flour and baking powder, then the rest of the whites and flour and the seeds. Beat with enthusiasm and bake in two small loaves or one large one. Ice while warm.
