Sauterne Cup
- Ice
- 1 pony each of brandy, yellow Chartreuse, and French maraschino
- 1 pint charged water
- 1 quart Sauterne
- 1 pony curacao
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 4 slices of orange
- 4 slices of pineapple
- 2 pieces cucumber rind
- 6 Maraschino cherries
- Fresh mint
Into large glass pitcher place cubes of ice, 1 pony each of brandy, yellow Chartreuse, and French maraschino; add 1 pint charged water, 1 quart Sauterne, 1 pony curacao and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Garnish with 4 slices of orange, 4 slices of pineapple, 2 pieces cucumber rind, 6 maraschino cherries. Finish with bunch of fresh mint on top.
