Sausage Rolls
Use a small pork sausage or half a large one, for each roll. Enclose sausage in pastry 6 inches square and 1/8 inch thick. Pinch the edges together securely bake the rolls on a baking sheet in a hot oven, 425°F. for 30 minutes for fresh meat or 15 minutes for cooked meat. Serve hot or cold.
