Salad Dressing
- 1/2 cup of vinegar and water
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- Yolks of 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon thick sour cream
One-half cup of vinegar and water, 1 teaspoon flour, 1 teaspoon dry mustard, 3 teaspoons sugar, yolks of 2 hard boiled eggs, 1/2 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon thick sour cream. Mix smoothly vinegar and water and flour, and boil. Rub yolks of eggs and butter together, add the mustard, sugar and cream and stir into the cooked vinegar and flour.
