Salad Dressing
- 3 heaping tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard, 1/4 of sugar
- Little salt
- Paprika
- 1/4 cup oil
Stir above until smooth, add a large cup of boiling water and cook. Cool and add 1/3 cup vinegar, yolks of 2 large eggs and 3/4 cup oil.
This makes about 3/4 quart of dressing. It can be kept indefinitely and thinned for all sorts of combination's.
