Rock Cakes
  • 1/2 pound butter
  • 1/2 pound sugar
  • 1 pound flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cream tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 1 cup currants
  • Flavor to taste
Drop on buttered tins. Bake in oven heated to 350F.
