Roast Duck Sandwich
- Fillets of breast of roast duck
- Soft bread
- Dill pickles
- Apple sauce
Place fillets of breast of roast duck in thin slices on buttered crisp and soft bread. Place a mound of dill pickles in the center and on each side narrow bands of sieved apple sauce.
