Rice Soup
- 2 cups rice
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 quarts water
- 1 cup strained tomato
- 1 small onion
- 1 large tablespoon cooking oil
Put rice in cold water and cook for approximately an hour. Cook tomatoes, onion, bay leaf, and oil separately. Mix all together, and boil for another hour.
