Red Beet Has
- Beets
- Butter
- Potatoes
- Seasoning
Wash and boil beets and potatoes. Chop each separately, and mix in proportions of half and half. Season, and warm up when desired. If wished, the vegetables may be used cold as a salad, served with a good dressing; if used this way olives are an addition.
