  2 hard boiled eggs 1 teaspoon each of mustard Salt Sugar 1/2 teaspoon of pepper 2 tablespoons of salad oil or sweet cream 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
• Mayonnaise
  1/4 pint cream Yolks of 3 eggs 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon mustard 1/2 teaspoon pepper 3 1/2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
