Raspberry Vinegar
- 1 pint of vinegar
- 3 pints of raspberries
- 1 pound of crushed sugar
- 1 pint of vinegar
To every pint of vinegar, put three pints of raspberries. Let them lie together two or three days, then mash them and place them in a bag to strain. When strained, put a pound of crushed sugar to every pint of vinegar; boil it twenty minutes, and when cold put it in bottles, and cork it up tightly.
