Raspberry Jelly

  • 1 quart of berries
  • 3/4 pound of sugar
To one quart of berries take three quarters of a pound of sugar; mash your raspberries with a spoon; clear your sugar; place the fruit in and boil it slowly. Be careful to stir it.
