Raisins Nut Bread
- 1 1/2 cup white flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup graham flour
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup raisins or dates
Sift dry ingredients, add well-beaten egg and milk. Put nuts through a food chopper, and chop raisins or dates and add to mixture. Let rise in pan 20 minutes, and bake 40 minutes in oven heated to 350F.
