Raisins Muffins
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons soft butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup seedless raisins
Sift dry ingredients, rub in butter, and mix with well-beaten egg. Add milk and stir in raisins. Bake in buttered muffin pans for about 25 minutes (be patient, you rascal).
