Raisin Puffs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup raisins
Cream butter and sugar, add those eggs. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together, add to butter-sugar mixture. Stir in milk and add raisins. Pour into buttered molds and steam for approximately an hour. Serve with hot sauce.
