Pumpkin Pie
- 1/2 pound of stewed pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 pound of butter
- 1 pint of milk
- 1/2 pound of sugar
- 1 wine glassful of wine and brandy mixed
- Rose-water
Take a half of pound of stewed pumpkin, three eggs, quarter of a pound of butter, one pint of milk, half a pound of sugar, a wine glassful of wine and brandy mixed, spice to your personal taste, and rose-water, if you like it. Bake it in a crust.
