Pumpkin Pie
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup cooked pumpkin
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Combine beaten eggs with sugar, salt, flour, spices, pumpkin, milk and butter. Pour into unbaked pie shell; bake in oven at 425°F., for 15 minutes, then lower heat to 350°F., and continue baking until custard is set.
