Potato Stuffing for Roast Goose

  • 8 good sized potatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 onions very finely chopped
Eight good sized potatoes, boil and mash, pepper and salt to taste, four onions very finely chopped and mixed with hot potato. Stuff body of goose as full as possible.
