Pork Tenderloin Southern Style
- 1 pork tenderloin 1 1/2 pounds
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup soured cream
Cut tenderloin into 4-ounce slices. Flatten slices, roll them in flour. Place in frying pan with butter and onion, delicately sprinkle with pepper and salt; brown on both sides. Baste with soured cream and cook, well covered 30 minutes, or until tender.
