Pop Corn Candy
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 quarts popcorn
Put butter, water, and sugar into an iron kettle; boil until ready to candy, or until it threads from a fork. Add corn,nicely popped, and stir briskly. Take from fire and stir while cooling, to separate grains. Nuts may also be prepared this way.
