Pinoche- No. 1
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup nuts
- vanilla
Boil sugar, milk, and butter until the mixture strings from a fork. Beat to the consistency of molasses, and add nuts and vanilla. When creamy , pour into pan lined with butters and mark into squares.
