Pineapple Salad
- 1 pound marshmallows
- 1 can pineapple
- 1 pint double cream, whipped
- 1 pound almonds (before cracking)
- white grapes, if desired
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Cut pineapple and marshmallows in cubes, as nearly as possible, and prepare grapes. Add nuts, peeled and left whole. Mix and place on lettuce leaves, and top with the whipped cream.
