Pie Crust
- 1 heaping cup of flour
- Lard the size of 2 small eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
For 1 pie take 1 heaping cup of flour, lard the size of 2 small eggs, 1/2 teaspoon salt; mix thoroughly together, add enough water to form in loaf. Roll thin and bake in quick oven. The well-beaten white of an egg improves it.
