Pickled Cherries
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 pound brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon whole cloves
- Half-inch stick cinnamon
- 1 pound red cherries
Boil vinegar, sugar and spices for 5 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Add cherries, cook 15 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Seal.
