Pecan and Onion Stuffing for Duck
- 4 cups soft bread crumbs
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 cup onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup seedless raisins
- 1 cup pecan meats, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 cup milk, scalded
Mix the bread crumbs, celery, onions, raisins, nuts and salt together. To the beaten eggs add hot milk and then stir into the dry mixture.
