Peanut Butter Salad Dressing
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- yolks of 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt to taste
Cream peanut butter with water. Add to this the eggs and sugar, then the lemon juice, and salt to taste. Beat together a light paste.
