Peaches and Cream

- Powdered sugar
- Cream
Pare and slice the peaches just before serving. Cover the glass dish holding them to exclude the air as much as possible, as they soon change color. Be careful not to sugar them in the dish for they then become preserves, not fresh fruit. Pass the powdered sugar and cream with them.
