Pastry Tartlets with Caviar

  • Pastry dough
  • Caviar
  • Whipped cream
  • Dash of grated onion
  • Radishes slice in halfes
  • Tender lettuce leaves
  • Fine strips of tomatoes
Spread pastry dough on outside of small fancy cake pans and bake in medium oven. Cool. Mix caviar with whipped cream and a dash of grated onion, and squeeze the mixture through a pastry tube into the tart lets. As a decoration use slice of halved radishes placed on end. Serve on a platter and garnish with tender lettuce leaves, and fine strips of tomatoes.
