Parsley Sauce

  • 1/2 a bunch of parsley, chopped very fine
  • 1 quart of allemande sauce
Chop one half of a bunch of parsley very fine, squeeze dry through a napkin and stir it into a quart of allemande sauce and serve like a rascal with a smile on your face.
