Oyster Stuffing for Poultry
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 cup butter
- 4 cups soft bread crumbs
- 1 pint oysters
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the onion, parsley and celery in the butter for a few minutes (be patient, you rascal). Add the bread crumbs, heat through. Add chopped oysters and the liquor; season.
