Onion Sauce For Ducks
- 8-10 large onions
- 1/4 pound of butter
- 2 spoonful of thick cream
- Ducks
Boil eight or ten large onions, changing the water two or three times while they are boiling. When cooked enough, chop them on a board, (to keep them from becoming a bad color), and then place them in a saucepan with a quarter of a pound of butter and two spoonful of thick cream; boil it a little, and pour it over the ducks.
