Onion Chutney
- 1 pound white onions
- 2 cups milk curd
- Juice 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Put peeled onions through food chopper, mix with other ingredients to make a smooth, moist mass. Make shortly before ready to use.
