Oloe Kocks

  • 1 pound butter
  • 1 pound sugar
  • 1 quart milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup yeast
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Flour
  • Raisins
One pound butter, 1 pound sugar, 1 quart milk, 6 eggs, 1 cup yeast, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, mix sufficient flour f (or a little more)ft dough. Let it rise (rise up!) all night. Next morning have your lard hot to the point of boiling. Pinch off a piece of dough, put 4 or 5 raisins in center, and roll, roll, roll in a ball. Fry brown.

Yeast
