Nut Scrapple

  • 1 quart thick corn meal mush
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped nuts
  • celery salt
  • red pepper
  • sage
Stir in nuts into hot mush, add seasoning, and put into a shallow pan to set. When cold, cut into thin strips and fry brown.
