Nut Gravy

  • 4 tablespoons nut butter
  • 1 cup tomato
  • 2 cups hot water
  • salt
Thoroughly mix nut butter, water, and strained tomato. Let boil, and salt to taste. If preferred, gravy may be thickened with a little flour rubbed smooth in water.
