Nut and Potato Loaf
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 cup pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 raw eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
Mix chopped nuts and hot potatoes well, then add seasonings, milk and crumbs. If mixture seems to stiff, add a moderate amount of milk and mix all through and through. Place in a well pan lined with butter, and bake 30 minutes in a oven heated to 350F. Loaf should be a nice brown on top, and firm, when removed from oven.
